Hei long jiang is the province of the black dragon.
Its a beautiful place where theres many tourist attractions and many beautiful things to look at, like my favorite attraction called the ice festival <3
Hei Long Jiang is very very cold during the winter time,sometimes it even gets down past zero degrees, during there mealtime they cant wear coats or hats,they cant use hot water or oil since the supplys so low.
